We had outsourced our IT support for several years with a different firm. We didn’t feel that we were getting the attention we needed and we were having several problems with our server and general network stability. We finally signed up with Enterprise Networks to provide our IT support. Mike cleaned up the server and running properly. He implemented a new back-up system, email filter, and anti-virus protection. Our uptime has improved significantly and we couldn’t be happier. Whenever we have a problem, we just get a trouble ticket sent in and the problem gets resolved usually in the same day. Capital Pacific is an investment brokerage firm with a nationwide
focus on commercial property sales. Client-based: we think creatively
and act aggressively to deliver results that will earn repeat business.
Enterprise Networks was engaged to take over support from their previous
IT support company. We quickly moved in and seamlessly took over the
support for Capital Pacific. We recently moved them over to Microsoft's
BPOS (Cloud) services and successfully turned them down from their
co-location services.
